Family Pilates: Inspired by the Pilates method, and enriched with mobility, breathing, and relaxation exercises, this workshop allows everyone to leave stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves… and to others.

• Audience: Parents, families, and accompanied children
• Fee: 30 USD for the 6-session cycle, advance payment
